Order the great Familon sleep products directly from the Familon.fi online store and choose the most suitable pick-up point or delivery method from our various options.
Deliveries to pick-up points in Finland
Order the products to the parcel machine or pick-up point of your choice via Posti (Finnish Post Office), Matkahuolto or DB Schenker. You can also order all products delivered directly to your door. Large products such as beds and mattresses can only be delivered as home delivery.
Free parcel delivery: for orders over 90 euros we offer free delivery to a parcel machine or a pick-up point (free parcel delivery does not apply to large products such as beds or mattresses).
Home delivery in Finland
Order products directly to your home. For small products such as duvets, you can choose Matkahuolto home delivery or normal home delivery. Large products such as beds and mattresses are always delivered and carried into your home. Our partners for home deliveries are DB Schenker and Posti (Finnish Post Office).
If the delivery information in your shopping cart does not show the delivery method you are looking for, it is not possible due to the large size of the product. Free delivery does not apply to home delivery.
International deliveries
We deliver to all European Union (EU) member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. You can make an order to any address in an EU country, with a fixed road connection.
We take care of the taxes and custom duties: Familon.fi orders are delivered from Finland to all EU countries. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is collected at the point of sale, in the VAT rate of the delivery country. Wendre Finland Oy is registered to One Stop Shop (OSS) for intra-EU e-commerce. EU OSS number FI24858490. There are no customs duties to be paid at delivery.
International shipments to EU countries are delivered to the pick-up point or directly to your home, depending on the country.
Free parcel delivery: for orders over 90 euros we offer free international shipping.
Delivery of large products such as beds, flat-packed mattresses, top mattresses and bedheads is not possible to countries outside of Finland.
Our partner in international deliveries is Posti (Finnish Post Office). For most EU countries, we offer the affordable Parcel Connect package. For Sweden and Denmark we offer the affordable PickUp Parcel delivery. For Baltics, we deliver as a Postal Parcel Baltics package. The package will be delivered as priority mail to the following countries: Ireland, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, France, Romania, as cheaper delivery methods are not possible.

Postal Package
Retrieve the package from a Posti parcel locker or Post office. You will receive a message when you can pick up the package. Collect the delivery when it suits you, including weekends. Delivery Mon – Sat by 7 pm. You will receive a message when you can pick up the package. You can track the delivery of the order with the OmaPosti application. Carbon-neutral delivery as a Post Green shipment.
The delivery cost to Posti parcel lockers and pick-up points is always the same regardless of the size of the package. Price EUR 4.90 / order. For orders over EUR 90, the delivery cost is EUR 0.
Posti will only store the package for 7 days. The parcel will then be returned to the sender.
When picking up a package from a Posti outlet, please be prepared to prove your identity. If a delivery is picked up by someone other than the recipient of the order, a power of attorney is also required.
Matkahuolto Near Parcel
Pickup from a Matkahuolto parcel locker or service point, such as Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kioski. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for pick-up. Pick up your delivery when it suits you, even on weekends. Delivery on weekdays, in the largest cities also on Saturdays.
Delivery costs to Matkahuolto parcel lockers and pick-up points are always the same, regardless of the size of the package. Price EUR 4.90 / order. For orders over EUR 90, the delivery cost is EUR 0.
Matkahuolto will only keep the package for 7 days. The parcel will then be returned to the sender.
DB Schenker collection point
Your parcel will be delivered to a DB Schenker collection point, which are located in e.g. K food markets and R-kioskis. The recipient is sent a notification of arrival when the order is ready for collection from a collection point.
The cost of delivering to a DB Schenker collection point is always the same, regardless of the size of the parcel. Price EUR 4.90 / order. For orders over EUR 90, the delivery cost is EUR 0.
The delivery may be collected from a collection point for a duration of 14 days and from a parcel locker for seven days, after which the delivery is returned to the sender.
Please prepare to confirm your identity when collecting your order from a collection point. If a delivery is picked up by someone other than the recipient of the order, a power of attorney is also required.
Matkahuolto Home delivery
Matkahuolto door-to-door deliveries at the agreed time: in cities, also in the evenings and on Saturdays. You will be notified of an incoming package via SMS to agree on a delivery time. With the recipient's permission, the delivery can also be left at the door without separate acknowledgment from the recipient.
The cost of home deliveries is always the same regardless of the package size. Price EUR 9.90 / order.
You can choose Matkahuolto home delivery as a delivery method for small products such as sheets, pillows and blankets. If home delivery is not available in the shopping cart delivery methods when placing your order, it is not possible due to the large size of the products.
When the driver brings you the delivery, check that the delivery has arrived at the right place and you are entitled to receive it, the package number of the delivery corresponds to the package number of the consignment note and the delivery is externally intact. If you notice damage without unpacking, complete a notice, i.e. an accurate description of the damage, in the consignment note upon receipt. In the event of damage that cannot be detected without unpacking, you have seven working days to make a written complaint.
Home delivery
You can order all online shop products directly from your home. Larger products, such as beds and flat mattresses, are always delivered as home deliveries.
The exact delivery cost of your order will be displayed in the shopping cart after you select home delivery as the delivery method. The home delivery price is determined by the zip code and the size of the largest product on order as follows:
- Home delivery of pillows, blankets and textiles EUR 9.90 / order, for special areas EUR 46.90 / order.
- Home delivery of mattress covers, roll-packed mattresses and children's mattresses EUR 25.90 / order, for special areas EUR 69.90 / order.
- Home delivery of beds, headboards and flat-packed mattresses EUR 69.90 – 95.90 / order, for special areas EUR 135.90 / order.
Home delivery will take place at the agreed time and the time of delivery will be announced at least on the day before delivery, usually by text message. The delivery time is stated to the nearest two or four hours, depending on the delivery area. Home deliveries are generally carried out on weekdays Mon – Fri from 9 am to 9 pm. If the recipient is not present or delivery is not possible by normal or agreed delivery times, the products will be returned to the carrier's warehouse.
Home delivery means the transport of the product to the address provided by the customer and delivery inside the destination, by the driver, in the presence of the recipient. This requires unobstructed access to the destination. It is the responsibility of the recipient to adequately protect the floors and, if necessary, any other object.
When the driver brings you the delivery, check that the delivery has arrived at the right place and you are entitled to receive it, the package number of the delivery corresponds to the package number of the consignment note and the delivery is externally intact. Pick-up from the Heinola Familon Outlet
Free Click & Collect! Your online order is available for collection at the Heinola Familon Outlet (Satamatie 12) during outlet opening hours. On-site collection is possible when it has been selected as the delivery method for your online order. On-site collection may be selected as the delivery method for products in all product categories.
When products are in stock, your order is typically ready for collection two weekdays following your order, accounting for outlet opening hours . Collection times for pre-ordered products must at latest be agreed upon with the outlet staff on the day preceding collection. The store staff will contact you by text message or phone when your order can be picked up. Please note that the order can be picked up within 14 days. The product will then be returned to stock.
Please prepare to confirm your identity when collecting your order. In addition to an ID, a power of attorney is required to pick up another person's delivery.
When placing an order for collection, the payment may be completed using the online payment methods available.
Collection from a Familon outlet is always free of charge, regardless of the size of the parcel or the number of products.
Parcel Baltics
Parcel Baltics packages offer cheap and fast delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Posti’s Parcel Baltics packages are delivered to the recipient or collected at a pick-up point as is typical to the destination country. It is not possible to use post office (PO) box addresses. You can track the progress of your shipment with a shipping ID, using the Posti delivery tracking service.
Shipping costs are based on the destination country and the size of the largest product in your order:
- Pillows, blankets and textiles 9,90 € / order
- Roll-packed top mattresses, mattresses and children's mattresses 14,90 € / order
- We do not ship large products such as beds and flat-packed mattresses outside Finland
The storage time for products after arrival is seven days. Undelivered packages will be returned to the sender.
Parcel Connect
Parcel Connect packages offer low-cost delivery to Europe. Parcel Connect is jointly provided by Posti, DHL and Bring. Parcel Connect packages are delivered to the recipient or picked up at the pick-up point in a way that is typical to the destination country. It is not possible to use post office (PO) box addresses. You can track the progress of your shipment with a shipping ID, using the Posti delivery tracking service.
Shipping costs are based on the destination country and the size of the largest product in your order:
